Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish. Bibim (비빔) means "mixed" and bap (밥) means "boiled rice". In Korea the bibimbap is served in a stone pot and the dish is called "dolsot bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥)", which literally means bibimbap in a stone pot.

The dish consists of rice, beef, fermented Korean red pepper paste (gochujang) and lots of crispy vegetables. The meat can be eaten raw or cooked, depending on your preference.

Komi Box offers you a vegetarian version with tofu instead of the beef.
